Bouncy Cotton — Naturally Elastic
Bouncy Technology is the latest innovation from The Natural Laboratory. After developing weatherproof fabrics made from cotton and Tencel, we are now advancing further with Bouncy Cotton — the first elastic fabric crafted entirely from 100% natural materials.
For years, the textile industry has been searching for a natural alternative to elastane — now there’s a solution.
Bouncy Technology combines a special weaving technique with an innovative dyeing process: during dyeing, the fabric is briefly exposed to intense heat, causing it to contract more strongly and naturally retain its elasticity. At the same time, the process saves water, energy, and chemicals — making it more sustainable while also improving color fastness.
After every wash, the material fully returns to its original shape, making it more durable and robust than fabrics containing synthetic fibers.
Thanks to its pure, natural composition, the material is fully recyclable.
