Refund/Exchange
For environmental reasons, we currently do not offer free returns. If you would like to try on several sizes of a product, take a look at our store finder . Maybe we are nearby and you can try on your selected products at your leisure.
If you aren't completely happy with the new item of clothing, you can send it back to us within 14 days of the purchase date. You can find all the important information here.
It is important that you return the items to us in their original packaging and ensure that the products are in the same condition as you received them (unworn, unwashed and with original labels).
Please use the enclosed return slip for your return. It is important for us to know the reason for the return. Please use the options on the return slip to do this.

Once your return is received and approved, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email from us once the return has been processed .
